The new astrological system deals with the four quarters, rather
than an ecliptic slice of the omniverse. My readers will recall
detailed tables including the four letters of the Name, toltec
majikal weapons, I Ching diagrams, hebrew archangels and so on.

Here's just a little reminder:

RPhAL E air I
GBRIAL W water H
MIKAL S fire V
AVRIAL N earth H

The four quarters were assigned to four cardinal stars. The details
were given in an article about Aldebaran, Antares, Formalhaut, ...
In other words, the stars were/are (assigned to) the archangels!

The system does not follow the Sun, since it is not ego-based, but
it does not even follow the Moon, it follows the four simple +
directions and the stars, avoiding any errors that the ecliptic
might suggest, like one of the worst: not knowing in which house
a planet is (in cases of 6th/7th and 12th/1st house switch).
