NO jaz bom kmalu začel trenirat tricking in me zanima če ga kdo že trenera ali če ve kar koli o njem:).. no to je povezano tudi z parkourjom..Martial art -om ... tricking hmmm no to je pač extremen šport kjer se izvajajo razni triki kot so salte, razni udarci.. 380, 540, tornado kick, 720, double leg, butterfly twist, aerial, au batido, moon kick, masterswipe, X out, hypertwist.. itd itd.
